I am also a working freelancer as well so it may be 5 days before I can get to ship. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping information, or customs clearance for international orders. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.

At 10AC Gear, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
